Project overview.

Bradesco was launching a new mobile banking application, necessitating the discontinuation of the current one. The project's objective was to promote the new app and ensure a seamless transition of users data and security tokens.

Key challenges included effectively communicating with clients about the new application, incentivizing them to download and install it, and understanding their feelings and concerns regarding the transfer of their usage data and security tokens.

My responsibilities in the project encompassed creating visual concepts, UX design, interaction flows, high-fidelity prototyping, and conducting usability tests and user interviews for validation.

This case study is under construction and will provide key insights into my design process, highlighting the challenges faced, solutions implemented, and the overall impact of the migration to the new app.
